PRICES

  • All prices are indicated in euros.
  • When ordering items with individual modifications, the price is also set individually. You can get more information by writing to email: senamiestis@premiere.lt or by calling: +37065648495.
  • In exceptional cases, PREMIÈRE jewelry house reserves the right to change the price after the customer places an order. This may happen if an item remaining in stock has slightly changed characteristics (e.g., only an item with a larger diamond than specified in the product's characteristics remains in stock). If the customer does not agree to the changes, PREMIÈRE undertakes to refund the money for the item.

ORDER

  • As soon as you choose your purchase and complete the payment, you will receive an email and an SMS message confirming your order details.
  • You will also receive information about product availability and the estimated delivery time.

AVAILABILITY

  • All orders are subject to the same availability conditions. Items in your cart but not yet paid for are not reserved and may still be purchased by other customers.
  • PREMIÈRE offers items for purchase that are in stock and/or can be produced within 3-5 business days. However, sometimes the jewelry house may have to wait longer for materials from suppliers, so the production of items may take up to 14 business days. Also, PREMIÈRE may receive many orders at once, so some items may become unavailable.
  • Should such exceptional circumstances arise, PREMIÈRE customer service will inform you.

DELIVERY

Delivery prices:
  • PREMIÈRE product delivery in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland is handled by partners Negė. In other countries – FedEx.
  • PREMIÈRE covers all shipping costs for orders in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland with a value exceeding 75 euros. Otherwise, the delivery cost is 3 euros 80 cents.
  • For orders to other countries around the world, PREMIÈRE covers all shipping costs for orders exceeding 750 euros. Otherwise, the delivery cost is 23 euros.

Terms:

  • All orders for in-stock items received by 13:00 (GMT +3:00) will be shipped on the same business day.
  • If orders are placed after 13:00, they will be shipped no later than the next business day (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
  • Typically, the shipment should reach the buyer on the next business day after dispatch (e.g., if an item is dispatched on Tuesday, it reaches the customer on Wednesday). For residents of smaller towns and customers residing in Latvia, Estonia, or Poland, delivery may take up to two to three business days.
  • Orders for residents of all other countries worldwide will reach them within 3-6 business days. There is an option for faster delivery within 1-2 business days to these foreign countries. For express delivery rates, please inquire individually: senamiestis@premiere.lt.
  • Shipments are usually delivered between 08:00 and 17:00. If you prefer a more specific delivery time, please leave this note in the comments section available during the purchase and checkout process.

Process:

  • When ordering, remember to leave your phone number so that the courier can contact you and arrange a delivery time. This number is used for delivery purposes only; after delivery, if you are not a registered user, your contact information will be deleted.
  • PREMIÈRE insures every purchase until it is delivered to the address specified by the buyer. Upon receiving the package, you will need to sign to confirm that the shipment reached you successfully. From then on, responsibility for the purchase transfers to you.
  • If the recipient of the purchase is another person, not you (e.g., in the case of a gift), then such a recipient's signature will also be considered as confirmation of receipt, and responsibility will then also pass to you.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email. If the shipment is sent to countries other than Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia or Poland, you will also receive a tracking code with the email – you will be able to track the location of the shipment online.
  • Payment can also be made upon receipt of the item from the courier, in which case a cash administration fee of 1 euro will be applied. It is important that cash payment is only applicable to items in stock.

Other fees and obligations

  • If the order is delivered outside the European Union, you become the importer of the goods. In this case, the price on our invoice will be calculated excluding taxes applicable in Lithuania.
  • Buyers residing outside the European Union are responsible for paying all import and customs duties.
  • Customers are also responsible for providing all accurate information and documents required by their country's customs in the necessary format.

IN-STORE PICKUP:

  • Online orders can also be picked up at PREMIÈRE stores. Pickup is free of charge.
  • If you wish to pick up your order at a PREMIÈRE store, please select the "pick up in store" delivery method during checkout.
  • Once your order is ready for pickup at the store, you will receive an email and SMS message with an invitation to pick it up and the address of the store where you will be expected. Typically, pickup is possible on the same day.
  • To pick up your order in-store, please bring a copy of your order confirmation, which will be sent to your email, and an ID document (passport, driver's license, or other identity-proving document).
  • The order can be picked up within 28 days from the purchase date. If you do not pick it up, a reminder will be sent to you by phone or email once a week. After 28 days, your order will be cancelled, and you will be contacted regarding a refund.

PAYMENT

  • Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, through Paypal or Paysera systems, or by bank transfer.
  • PREMIÈRE jewelry house offers you the possibility to securely store your credit card details on the premiere.lt website - this way, shopping becomes simpler. Your full card details will not be displayed, except for the last four digits, so you know which of your cards you are using.
  • You can delete your card data by clearing the "remember my payment details" box on the payment page.
  • Payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Payments are available in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.

GUARANTEES

  • PREMIÈRE jewelry house is committed to supplying you with the highest quality items, consistent with the company's philosophy and international and Lithuanian Assay Office quality standards.
  • All items sold in PREMIÈRE stores are marked with the quality hallmarks required in Lithuania: hallmark, gemstone certificate, responsibility mark.
  • Items with gemstones larger than 0.3 ct are usually issued with prestigious international laboratory GIA or IGI quality certificates.
  • PREMIÈRE offers the opportunity to repair purchased items in this network's workshops in the future quickly and at a favorable price.
  • PREMIÈRE does not provide a warranty for jewelry of other brands, except in the case of obvious defects appearing within 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • PREMIÈRE jewelry house provides an exclusive 2-year warranty for its products.
  • PREMIÈRE provides an additional quality guarantee of 5-10 years for luxury items with enamel and diamonds, and for wedding and engagement rings created by the jewelry house. The extended warranty does not apply to stones, clasps, and other additional decorative details.
  • PREMIÈRE jewelry house reserves the right to conduct an expert examination of the item's quality and assess the origin of the damage. The company may charge for repair services if it is determined that the cause is mechanical damage or a consequence of natural wear and tear.
  • A large portion of PREMIÈRE jewelry house items in the online store are finalized (e.g., chosen stones are inlaid, sizes are adjusted) or manufactured only after an order is placed, therefore the manufacturer reserves the right to prioritize perfect design execution over the specified weight. For classic items, the final weight may vary up to 10% from the specified. In the category of exclusive items, especially those decorated with enamel and diamonds, the final product weight may vary up to 40% from what is indicated in the online store. The seller does not consider this a product defect.
RETURNS
  • If you purchased an item of unsuitable quality at PREMIÈRE stores or on www.premiere.lt, you can exchange or return the item within 14 days. The item must be delivered to one of the PREMIÈRE stores. Shipping costs are covered by PREMIÈRE.
  • According to the order of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (June 29, 2011, No. 217), high-quality jewelry items are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This rule applies to all local PREMIÈRE stores.
  • According to EU online trade rules, consumers who purchase a piece of jewelry on www.premiere.lt have the right to return the item within 14 business days for any reason and without explanation. Return costs are paid by PREMIÈRE if the item's value exceeds 75 euros; for international customers, returns are free if the item's value exceeds 750 euros.   • PREMIÈRE reserves the right to verify items returned by consumers that were purchased on www.premiere.lt at the Lithuanian Assay Office to ensure that the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent. This especially applies to purchases of items with diamonds. PREMIÈRE will refund the money only after receiving the analysis results. This may take up to 14 business days.
  • PREMIÈRE reserves the right not to accept the item back and not to refund the money if the packaging and/or labels of a quality item are damaged or if there are visible signs of wear. In such cases, the consumer is allowed to take the item back.
  • According to EU online trade rules, consumers do not have the right to return an item within 14 business days if it was specially ordered for the customer (not in stock and specified as such before purchase).
  • For individually ordered items from www.premiere.lt (when items are not in stock), returns are only possible if the item is defective. Return shipping costs are covered by PREMIÈRE.
  • If the customer does not receive the item and the shipping company returns it due to an incorrectly provided address, the additional shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. The price of the item will be recalculated immediately upon its return to PREMIÈRE jewelry house. The customer will be contacted and informed of this without delay.
  • Product images and texts may slightly differ from the actual appearance. If the received item corresponds to the paid price and the changes are minor, PREMIÈRE is not responsible for these possible errors in visual and textual material.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All texts, comments, jewelry, illustrations, and photographs posted on the premiere.lt website are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights and may only be used for personal purposes.
  • Any other use of information placed on the premiere.lt e-shop (e.g., for commercial purposes in other e-shops) is strictly prohibited and punishable.

LIABILITY

  • The actual appearance and characteristics of the items may slightly differ from the provided photographs and descriptions, e.g., the color of gold may be more intense. PREMIÈRE is not responsible for these discrepancies in visual and textual material if they do not affect the value of the item.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • PREMIERE.LT assumes responsibility for the security of your personal information, such as the product delivery address. This information will only be used for the purpose of processing your order.
  • Saved credit card data will also never be shared with third parties.
  • Your phone number will be requested so that you can be notified of order confirmation and so that the courier can contact you when delivering the items.
  • Also, for security reasons, you will be required to provide personal identification and a copy of the payment when collecting goods.
