PRICES
- All prices are in euros.
- When ordering goods with individual changes, the price is also determined individually. You will receive more information by writing an e-mail. by mail: senamiestis@premiere.lt or by phone: +37065648495.
- In exceptional cases, PREMIÈRE jewelry house reserves the right to change the price after the customer has placed the order. This can happen if the item remaining in stock has slightly changed characteristics (eg: the item remaining in stock is only with a larger diamond than specified in the purchase characteristic). If the customer does not agree with the changes, PREMIÈRE undertakes to refund the money for the product.
ORDER
- As soon as you select a purchase and make a payment, you will receive an email and an SMS confirming the details of your order.
- You will also receive information about the availability of the product and the future delivery date.
AVAILABILITY
- All bookings are subject to the same availability conditions. Items in your cart, but not yet paid for, are not stored and can still be purchased by other customers.
- PREMIÈRE offers items for purchase that are in stock and/or can be produced within 3 - 5 days. However, sometimes jewelry houses may have to wait longer for materials from suppliers, so the production of items will take up to 14 days. Also, PREMIÈRE can receive many orders at the same time, so some items may no longer be available.
- In the event of such exceptional circumstances, PREMIÈRE's customer service department will inform you.
DELIVERY
Delivery prices:
- Delivery of PREMIÈRE goods in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland is handled by partners Negė. In other countries of the world - FedEx.
- PREMIÈRE pays all delivery costs for orders in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland, the value of which is higher than 75 euros. Otherwise, the delivery price is 3 euros 80 cts.
- When ordering goods to other countries in the rest of the world, PREMIÈRE pays all delivery costs for orders with a value of more than 750 euros. Otherwise, the delivery price is 23 euros.
- All in-stock orders received by 1:00 p.m. (GMT +3:00), will be shipped the same business day.
- Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched the next working day (Monday to Friday) at the latest.
- Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
- In most cases, the shipment must reach the customer already on the next working day after dispatch (for example: if the purchase is sent on Tuesday, it reaches the customer already on Wednesday). For residents of smaller cities and customers living in Latvia, Estonia or Poland, delivery may take up to two to three working days.
- Orders from residents of all other countries in the rest of the world will reach them within 3 - 6 working days. It is possible to receive the shipment within 1-2 working days to these foreign countries as well. For fast delivery rates, please contact us individually: senamiestis@premiere.lt .
- Parcels are usually delivered between 08:00 and 17:00. If you would like a more accurate delivery time, do not forget to leave this note in the comments section of the product purchase - payment field.
- When ordering, don't forget to leave your phone number. number so that the courier can contact you and agree on the delivery time. This number is only used for delivery, after delivery, if you are not a registered user, your contact information will be deleted.
- PREMIÈRE insures every purchase until it is delivered to the address specified by the buyer. When picking up the package, you will need to sign that the package has reached you successfully. From then on, you are responsible for the purchase.
- If the recipient of the purchase will be a person other than you (e.g. in the case of a gift), the signature of such recipient will also be considered as confirmation of collection and the responsibility will then also pass to you.
- As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If the package will be sent to countries other than Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia or Poland, you will also receive a tracking code with the letter - you will be able to track the location of the package online.
- Payment can also be made when picking up the product from the courier, in which case a cash administrative fee equal to 1 euro will be applied. Importantly, cash payment can only be applied to items in stock.
- If the order is delivered outside the European Union, you become the importer of the products. In this case, the price in the invoice provided by us will be calculated after deducting the applicable taxes in Lithuania.
- Buyers residing outside the European Union are responsible for paying all import and customs duties.
- Customers are also responsible for providing all accurate information and documents required by their country's customs in the correct form.

- The online order can also be picked up in PREMIÈRE stores. Pickup is free.
- If you want to pick up your order in the PREMIÈRE store - select the "pick up in store" delivery method when purchasing.
- When the order is ready in the store, you will receive an email. a letter and an SMS message with an invitation to collect and the address of the store where you will be expected. In most cases, pick-up is possible already on the same day.
- To pick up your order at the store, please have a copy of the order confirmation with you, which will be sent by email. by mail and a document confirming your ID (passport, driver's license or other proof of identity is suitable).
- The order will be available for collection within 28 days from the date of purchase. If we do not receive you, a reminder will be sent to you by phone or e-mail once a week. After 28 days, your order will be canceled and you will be contacted for a refund.

PAYMENT
- Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or Paysera systems or by bank transfer.
- You can also pay in cash to the courier upon delivery of the goods. However, such payment is only possible for the purchase of goods that are in stock. The ordered goods must be paid for in advance by bank transfer or through Paysera.
- The PREMIÈRE jewelry house gives you the opportunity to store your credit card details safely on the premiere.lt website - this way shopping becomes easier. The full details of your card will not be displayed, except for the last four digits so that you know which of your cards you are using.
- You can delete your card details by clearing the "remember your payment details" box on the payment page.
- Payment can be made using electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas. Settlements are possible in euro currency. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
WARRANTIES
- The PREMIÈRE jewelry house is committed to supplying you with the highest quality products that meet the company's philosophy and international and quality standards established by the Lithuanian Chamber of Assays.
- All items sold in PREMIÈRE stores are marked with quality marks required in Lithuania: praba, gem certificate, responsibility mark.
- Articles with gemstones larger than 0.3 ct are usually issued with the prestigious GIA or IGI quality certificates of international laboratories.
- PREMIÈRE provides the opportunity to repair the purchased products in the future in the workshops of this network quickly and at a favorable price.
- PREMIÈRE does not provide a warranty for other brands of jewelry, except in the case of an obvious defect that appears within 6 months of the date of purchase.
- The PREMIÈRE jewelry house provides an exclusive 2-year guarantee for its products.
- PREMIÈRE provides an additional quality guarantee of 5 - 10 years. for luxury items with enamel and diamonds, wedding and engagement rings created by jewelry houses. The extended warranty does not apply to stones, fasteners and other additional decorative details.
- The PREMIÈRE jewelry house reserves the right to perform an examination of the product's quality and assess the origin of the damage. The company may charge for repair services if the cause is determined to be mechanical damage or the result of natural wear and tear.
- A large part of PREMIÈRE jewelry house items in the online store are finished (e.g. encrusted selected stones, customized sizes) or made only to order, so the manufacturer reserves the right to give preference to the perfect execution of the design of the item, rather than the specified weight. For classic products, the final weight may vary by up to 10% from the specified one. And in the category of exclusive products, especially those decorated with enamel and diamonds, the final weight of the product can vary by up to 40%. from specified in the online store. The seller does not consider it a product defect.
REFUND
- If you have purchased a product of inappropriate quality in PREMIÈRE stores or www.premiere.lt, you can exchange or return the product within 14 days. The product must be delivered to one of the PREMIÈRE stores. Shipping costs are paid by PREMIÈRE.
- According to the Order of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania (June 29, 2011 No. 217), high-quality jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. This rule applies to all local PREMIÈRE stores.
- According to EU e-commerce rules, a consumer who has purchased a piece of jewelry at www.premiere.lt has the right to return the product within 14 days for any reason and without any explanation. Return costs are paid by PREMIÈRE if the value of the product is more than 75 euros, for foreign customers the return is free of charge if the value of the product is more than 750 euros. - PREMIÈRE reserves the right to check goods returned by users, which were purchased at www.premiere.lt, at the Lithuanian Chamber of Probation to make sure that the goods are returned as they were sent. This is especially true when buying items with diamonds. Only after receiving the results of the analysis will PREMIÈRE refund the money. This may take up to 14 days
- PREMIÈRE reserves the right not to accept the product back and not to refund the money if the packaging and/or labels of the quality product are damaged or the product shows signs of wear. The user is then allowed to take the item back.
- According to EU e-commerce rules, the consumer does not have the right to return a product that was ordered specifically for the customer (it was not in stock and this is indicated before purchase) within 14 days.
- When ordering goods individually from www.premiere.lt (when the goods are not in stock), returns are possible only if the goods are of poor quality. Return shipping costs are paid by PREMIÈRE.
- If the customer does not receive the product and the shipping company returns it due to an incorrect address, the additional shipping costs will have to be covered by the buyer. The price of the item will be recalculated as soon as it is returned to PREMIÈRE jewelry house. The customer will be contacted and informed immediately.
- Photos and texts of the products may differ slightly from the actual image. If the item received corresponds to the price paid and the changes are minor, PREMIÈRE is not responsible for these possible errors in visual and textual material.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All texts, comments, jewelry, illustrations and photos placed on the premiere.lt website are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights and may only be used for personal purposes.
- Any other email The use of information contained in the premiere.lt store (for example: for commercial purposes in other e-stores) is strictly prohibited and punishable.
RESPONSIBILITY
- The actual appearance and characteristics of the items may differ slightly from the photos and descriptions provided, for example: the gold color may be more intense. PREMIÈRE is not responsible for these inconsistencies in visual and textual material if they in no way affect the value of the work.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
- PREMIERE.LT assumes responsibility for the security of the personal information provided by you, such as the product delivery address. This information will be used only for the purpose of processing your order.
- Stored credit card details will also never be shared with third parties.
- Your phone number will be requested so that you can be notified of the order confirmation and the courier can contact you when delivering the products.
- Also, in order to ensure security, you will be required to present an identity document and a copy of the payment when picking up the goods.
